  • Essential strategies to prepare participants for class.

  • Class design, flow, and exercise progressions.

  • Preparation to complete Level 1 or Level 2 certification - through AQXonFloats Practical Pool Training.

Tamara Colaizzi is a passionate movement motivator and committed mermaid! The founder of Blue Motion Fitness Inc. (https://www.bluemotionfitness.com/), Tamara offers a variety of training ON and in the water. Tamara is an AQX Master Trainer for aqua fitness leadership courses as well as the AQX AquaBility specialty certification course. She is the co-author and lead trainer for AQX AquaTots, and AQXonFloats. Helping people improve their quality of life through land and water fitness classes is her daily pursuit. Tamara is a regional innovator in both floating fitness and B-Board training. Summer months will find her on the lake, introducing SUP board training to her community.
