Tamara Colaizzi is a passionate movement motivator and committed mermaid! The founder of Blue Motion Fitness Inc. Tamara is an AQX Master Trainer for aqua fitness leadership courses as well as the AQX AquaBility specialty certification course. She is the co-author and lead trainer for AQX AquaTots, and AQXonFloats. Helping people improve their quality of life through land and water fitness classes is her daily pursuit.
