The AQX AquaCycling course provides training for instructors, trainers, therapists, researchers, and individuals who want to know how to use aquatic cycles safely and effectively. The course is designed to be used with any brand of aquatic cycle.

Aquatic cycling is appropriate for a wide variety of populations, from group fitness and athletes seeking cross-training, to research and rehabilitation. 

Video and written guidelines are used throughout this course, to make the learning lively and meaningful. Practical guidelines are given for everything from comfortable cycling attire, to how to fit, transport, and effectively train using aquatic cycles. 

This AquaCycling course includes workout protocols for recreational and warm water pools. Correct pedalling mechanics are taught, as well as riding postures and exercise drills both on off the bike.
