For more than 10 years, Tamara has been helping people improve their quality of life through fitness classes, in water, ON water, and on land. An AQX Trainer for basic leadership, as well as AquaBility, Tamara is also the co-author and lead trainer for AQX AquaTots, and AQXonFloats. Summer months will find her on open water instructing stand up paddleboard classes. A qualified B-Board instructor, Tamara loves personal training 'real people' who want to improve their life through movement. She is the sole-proprietor of Colaizzi Fitness.
