Tamara is the founder of Blue Motion Fitness Inc. She is an AQX Trainer for aqua fitness leadership courses as well as AquaBility. ​Tamara is the co-author and lead trainer for AQX AquaTots, and AQXonFloats. Helping people improve their quality of life through land and water fitness classes is her daily pursuit. Tamara is a regional innovator in both floating fitness and B-Board training.
